Barbera Olio di Casa. Made in Sicily and Apulia. Harvested from November to January. Continuous and semi-continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally. It has a medium fruity taste with an almond finish. Can be mixed with salads and vegetable soups, it is an optimal universal oil.
