Description
Cooking Suggestion :Soak the cicerchia in cold water for the night before. Change water and cook with cloves of garlic for 30-40 minutes In seperate casserole cook sliced salt pork with olive oil until lightly colored; add safe, drained cicerchia and chopped tomatoes. Seasoned with freshly ground black pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
