Pasta is a Italian noodles. It is getting popular day by day. I too love this delicious Italian food, mesmerized by the delicious taste of the dish I learned it to cook properly and today I can prepare multiple dishes with Pasta. My friends tasted the dish made by me and they told me that that I am a great cook. Encouraged by the compliments I decided to open my own restaurant where I can cook pasta and serve people.

Though the idea of mine was nice, but I was not able to get an single store from where I can purchase fine quality of raw pasta. I was hunting for such store that may offer good quality of product and I came across the website of “ PastaCheese & New York Prime Meats” I become happy to see that they offer wide range of fresh products at an unmatched prices.

I placed order for the yummy pasta. They offered me fresh edible products, I was happy to load my restaurant with Wheat germ pasta, egg pasta, fresh pasta and pasta of various brand and flavor. The products offered by them are collected from different region of Italy. Fresh natural ingredients where used in preparing the pasta, that gives a delectable taste.

It is must to use sauce in dish pf pasta and for this I placed order for the Basil Tomato Sauce. Over their virtual store numerous sauce were available. I placed the order for those which was required by me. They offer branded product.

Other Pasta Sauces Passata were also available at their store. Beside, sauce I also found range of vinegar at their store. Use of vinegar and sauce makes pasta delicious, and thus, I selected wine and sherry vinegar for my kitchen. The vinegar has wonderful taste and it was also useful while preparing lamb.

To cook the dishes I preferred the virgin olive oil available at their store. Apart from food product I also took their services for high quality kitchenware. I also purchased the pasta cooking book available at a low cost over their website.

I am satisfied by the quality of products offered by them and highly recommend them from core of my heart for purchasing the fresh food products.

Garofalo Pasta with Pomi Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

-Pomi chopped tomatoes

-Basil

-1/2 cup Badia a Coltibuono Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-Garofalo thin spaghetti

-1 onion

-1/2 cup-1 cup red wine

-whole little neck clams (taken out of shell)

-cherry stones clams (minced)

-2 tbsp honey (Boscovivo Spanish Esparcet Honey)

-cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper

-homemade bread crumbs

**TIP: Add more wine than oil**

Directions:

Bring water to a rolling boil in a large gallon pot and cook the pasta till al dente. In a pan, bring the extra virgin olive oil to warm then add chopped onions and basil. Sautee onions and basil until caramelized and translucent. Deglaze the pan with the red wine and allow to cook down for a few minutes, making sure you have added more wine than oil in the pan. Add the clams and the honey and stir making sure you do not over cook the clams. Take the al dente pasta and add to the pan with the clam sauce to let all of the flavors meld together. Allow to cook for 2-4 minutes, then remove pasta from the pan and place in a serving dish. Pour clam sauce mixture over the top and sprinkle with fresh breadcrumbs, cliantro, salt, pepper and garlic over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and/or basil. Enjoy!~
