Callipo products are exclusively made from Premium Quality Yellowfin Tuna which main characteristic is meat light pink color and its compactness. Yellowfin Tuna fishing methods are in total accordance with the protection of the habitat of the seas. Product quality controls are made either in our company laboratory or in laboratory authorized by Ministry of Health. "Quality above all" is Callipo's mission since its establishment and following with perseverence quality course in October 2001 company acheived the 1st Italian Product Certificate in tuna preserves field. Through steady control activity made by Certification Authority, it regulates Company working process and products quality prservation. Tuna is selected from the best whole cut tuna, steam cooked and hand packed.
