Tentazioni truffle stock is natural and versatile granulated broth created by cooking down summer truffles. Like other Tentazioni truffle products it is highly concentrated. In its easy to use form, intensity of truffle aroma and flavour can varied to taste. Dilute thoroughly, usual ratio two ounces of stock per quart of water.
