St. Andre has that heavenly taste that can be described as part sour cream, part butter. It's a very rich, unique French cheese that can be eaten with French bread and champagne. Vive L'amour! St. Andre is produced in the outhwest of France and is a triple creme, which means the paste is 75% butterfat in dry matter.
