Description
A soft curing process in turn becomes a product with a soft texture, with just a glance of buttery and milky white color. When you bite into Sutina, you think of pure cheese flavor, with slight herbal notes typical of mountain product.
Very suitable for salads when cut into cubes and lightly seasoned, but also goes well with a slice of grilled polenta.
