Description
Denomination of origin cheese traditionally handmade from cows milk in the Island of Menorca in the Balearic region of Spain. Ripened for at least 3 months. Its lactic taste and aroma evince the rural Mediterranean seascape. Able to impress the most demanding palates. Mahon is one of the Spainsh favorites.
