This fine blend of Arabica beans were chosen from Central America and Ethiopia for their sweet, soft and well-blanced taste and for the low caffeine content that all high quality coffees contain. To enjoy this coffee at its best two main things are needed: a slow infusion and water witha low mineral content. here are the ideal measures for the various infusion systems. For percolators: 7 grams of ground coffee per cup, lightly pressed into the filter; with Espresso Casa machine: 7 grams per cup lightly pressed; for Americano coffee use about 10 grams of unpressed coffee for every 150 ml of water.
