Every great pasta sauce starts with its foundation- the tomato. Our imported whole-peeled Italian tomatoes come from the Puglia region of Italy. They are ripe and naturally sweet with just the right amount acidity. Next, we use only the freshest and all natural ingredients sourced from farmers in the New York and Connecticut areas. We never add sugar or use and preservatives or additives to our fresh sauces. Finally, we cook our sauces in small batches, so everything slowly emulsifies in Imported Italian olive oil to create a true homemade Italian style sauce!
