100% made by hand, the Zibibbo Gelatin, is the result of a particular way of processing Zibibbo grapes in which grape must is simmered with sugar until it acquires a jelly-like consistency. Defined as "grape honey", it is still used today by the women of Pantelleria to make the traditional Christmas cakes called "mustaccioli" in the old fashioned way.
