This enriched pasta is a Product of Italy. High in protein quality  to ensure perfect firmness of pasta during cooking. Kneaded with cold water that assures a sweeter taste and a better firmness during cooking. Coarse bronze drawing, to give pasta the ideal roughness that makes it adhere perfectly to sauces. Use 6 quarts of water per 1 pound of pasta. Add salt and when the water is boiling pour in the pasta. Stir occasionally. Cook for 11 minutes, drain and season to taste.
