Description
Barbera Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Made in Sicily and Apulia. Made by continuous and semi-continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally. This oil has a medium fruity taste with an almond finish. Can be mixed in salads and vegetables soups. It is an optimal universal oil.
