|Ingredients||Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms (B.E. group), salt, onion, cheese, corn starch, garlic, parsley, hydrolized vegetal proteins, carrots, celery, leek, yeast extract, spices.|
|Preparation||Bring to the boil 4 cups of water/broth in a 2 qt saucepan, add the whole contents of the rice bag. Cook for 14-15 minutes, stir occasionally until all the water/broth is absorbed. Add additional water/broth if necessary. Add if you desire 1/2 tablespoon of butter and grated cheese, stir, and serve. Buon appetito!|
