Description
Dal Raccolto Capunti Pasta is authentic regional pasta made in the time honored Italian Tradition. Made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina. Bring 4 - 6 quarts water to rapid boil. Pour in the quantity of pasta needed, stirring gently until water boils again. Cook to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain in colander, place on platter and sesaon to taste.
