The De Nigris Fruttati are fruit condiments that can be used in the preparetion of a variety of dishes. This condiment is made from fresh fruit and contains fresh fruit juice. This fruity condiment is made using the balsamic  method with natural apple from Trentino, Italy. Can be used for salad, vinaigrettes. braising, de-glazing and marinades. Refrigirate after opening. 4% Acidity. Ingredients: Wine vinegar, must of grape, must of apple, caramel and sulfites.
