This classic Spanish Picual extra virgin olive oil has the bold flavor of just-pressed olives. Delicious drizzled onto fresh cheeses, fresh or steamed vegetables, and salads. For a delicious Spanish salad dressing whisk 4 parts Picual with 1 part red wine or sherry vinegar, salt and pepper and optionally a pinch of sugar.
