Lucini Italian Pinot Grigio white wine vinegar begins with estate-grown Pinot Grigio grapes fully ripened and brimming with characteristic varietal flavor harvest. The grapes are crushed immediately after harvest  and naturally fermented. Our vinegar is barrell-aged in fire-toasted Italian oak barrels to soften, balance, and add complexity to the extratcted vinegar. Lucini Italian wine vinegar is meticulously managed throughout the frementation and aging process to ensure its authentic smooth, crisp, dry flavor.
