The Mas Portell Natural Infused Olive Oils is elaborated with the most traditionalsystems of maceration withthe use of only dehydrated natural ingredients. The infuse mixtures mature for a month before they are bottled, to intensify its strength, aroma and flavor. This oil is infused with a selection of red hot chili pepper from our estate fields in the province of Lleida, Catalonia. This spicy combination will enhance casseroles, pasta and piquant pizzas.
