Products are ordered straight from Joyce Foods. Order dates for arrival to our warehouse is as follows:
- Monday orders before 12:00 will arrive to us on Thursday.
- Tuesday orders will arrive to us on the following Monday.
All orders will then be shipped from our warehouse to you via chosen shipping method. Product will be frozen for shipping purposes.

Pintade Fermiere du Piedmont (Heritage Guinea): Pintades have been considered a delicacy by royalty for centuries. As far back as 2400 BC, they were inscribed on the temples of the ancient Egyptians and were later raised by the Egyptians in incubators.
Our Pintade Fermiere is a rustic, slow growing Guinea Fowl from France with exceptional flavor and excellent meat texture. Over the years, the French have perfected the guinea as a larger, meatier, more favorable bird than North American breeds. Our parent stock is imported from France to ensure the same genetics as used in the production of the Label Rouge Pintade. They are raised on small family farms in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, in traditional houses with natural sunlight and ventilation, with plenty of space where they can exhibit natural behavior. They have unlimited access to feed and water and are fed an all-grain diet without animal byproducts. Of course, no hormones, growth stimulants, antibiotics, drugs, or any other artificial products are administered to our birds.
