Description
Choice grade beef has less marbling than Prime, but is still of very high quality. This is the most popular grade of beef because it contains sufficient marbling for taste and tenderness, while costing less than Prime, with Choice cuts being juicy enough to make that dinner of yours still delicious and amazing.
Our ground sirloin is made exclusively from sirloin cuts, both the top sirloin and the bottom sirloin. The sirloin portion of beef is the mid rear section of the steer. The mix of sirloin to fat is a consistent 93% lean, 7% fat.
