Barbera Castello di Resuttana DOP Val di Mazara. Made in Sicily. This unique product is brought to your table by more than 5000 olive growers, 12 oil mills and a focus on quality. From the mountains surrounding Palermo up to the hills in the province of Agrigento , our consortium members guarantee the best of the best. Harvested with Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice. This oil has a amber-green colored olive oil with gold-yellow highlights. Medium fruitiness with hints of green tomato and sweet almond.
