Castelines is produced in the heart of Provence, In the sun-drenched foothills of Les Alpilles. It is the ultimate expression of a new kind of genuine extra virgin olive Provence oil-early hand harvested, immediately custom cold pressed and variety blended. It is best described by : a scent of freshly cut grass, great finesse on the palate with hints of artichokes and almonds, distinctly grassy aromas and a slight pepperiness. Castelines is deliberately left unfiltered which explains its rich golden appearance and possible harmless sediment.
