Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Colonna extra-virgin olive oil is made from specially selected olives grown on the Molise estate near Rome, which still belongs to the descendants of Prince Francesco Colonna. It's consistent quality is due to expert blending of different varities of olives that are separetly harvested, milled and cold pressed. This results in a well-balanced oil of extraordinary purity and flavor. Any slight cloudiness or sediment is a sign of its natural, unfiltered state.
