Description
Pressed from under-ripe early harvest olives, this classic Spanish Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil has afresh, "grassy" aroma and flavor. Drizzle onto fresh cheeses, salads and raw vegetables. For delicious Spanish dressing whisk 4 parts Hojiblanca with 1 part red wine vinegar, salt and pepper and optionally a pinch of sugar.
