Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. This unfiltered olive oil full of vigorous Mediterranean flavours is produced on the Ravida estate from Verasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellars, three Sicilian olive varieties grown without pesticides. It is extracted in our own press at low controlled temperature. This vacuum packaging prevents oxidisation due to light and oxygen that destroy the oil's fragrance.
