The Mas Portell Citric Olive Oils are obtained by pressing Arbequina olives from the Pons family groves with carefully selected Mediterranean citrus fruits. The grinding is naturally done is a three stone mill, respecting traditional cold-pressing methods. Lemon zest  is the ideal condiment for seafood, vegetables, chicken, carpaccios. Recommened: grated tomato, cod fish carpaccio, chives and mas Portell lemon's zest oil and extra virgin olive oil.
