Slowly produced using the traditional solera-criadera system, Mas Portell Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar is aged in oak casks. This bittersweet vinegar is obtained from wines of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety from the region of Catalonia in Spain. The result is an exceptional vinegar that enhances all types of culinary creations. This product is not filtered so that its aximum qualities may be maintained. It may produce a light, natural sediment.
