The Mas Portell Citric Olive Oils are obtained by pressing Arbequina olives from the Pons family groves with carefully selected Mediterranean citrus fruits. The grinding is naturally done is a three stone mill, respecting traditional cold-pressing methods. Orange zest olive oil suits perfect  with salads, rice dishes, meat and chocolate. For it's delicacy, its recommended not to heat this oil. Use sparingly.
