Description
Obtained by slow acidification in wooden casks of fine white wine, born from a mix of aromatic grapes such as Müller Thurgau, Traminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Kerner, cross Manzoni, Chardonnay, grown in their own estate in Faedo and Cembra Valley .
The product is not pasteurized and with no added preservatives. Any deposits are considered natural evolution of the vinegar.
