From Palomino grapes, typical of Cádiz, ROMULO is exclusively elaborated from the first must. ROMULO Sherry Vinegar is aged for eight years in American white oak wooden barrels, steered to the southeast to provide exposure to the sea breeze which is necessary for oxygenation. ROMULO Sherry Vinegar has a 7° acidity. Among the outstanding attributes which make this product unique and for which there is no substitute in the gastronomy world are the amber color acquired during the 8-year aging process, its delicate and fine aroma, and its excellent taste.
