PONS Primum Oleum is masterfully made withthe first batch of new olives harvested in our estate. During the last days of October we hand-pick the earliest harvest. Arbequina olives totally unripe, carefully selected with the very low yield. This deep green olive oil is very dense, fruity and spicy. Every bottle comes inside a magnificent gift box.
