Since 1950, in the sunny island of Sicily, our pasta makers have continued an old tradition: they carefully select the best Sicilian durum wheat in order to obtain a first-rate semolina; they carry out an accurate and slow drying process, by which the nutritive qualities of pasta keep unaltered. So that they create a high quality pasta with excellent taste.

Country of Origin Italy Region Sicily Ingredients durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron lactate, thaimin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid Preparation Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently. Return to a boil. For authentic "Al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for the cooking time recommended on the package. For more tender pasta boil an additional 1 minute. Remove from heat. Drain well. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
