250g Linguine with Lemon and Pepper
3 Garlic
A Glass of Dry White Wine
100g of Tuna in Oil
100g of Fresh Tuna
5 Small Tomatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste 


Sauté 3 whole cloves of garlic just crushed in olive oil.

Add plenty of chopped celery and fresh tuna.

Let it to fry and then sprinkle with a generous glass of dry white wine. Go all in a blender and reduce in a cream.

Put everything in a pan and add 100g of tuna in olive oil and the little tomatoes diced and finish cooking the sauce.

Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, then to complete the cooking, toss the pasta in a pan with the remaining ingredients.
