Part of the new rules under the certification of origin no longer permits that balsamic vinegar be identified by "years", thus all labels had to be changed. Gianluigi selected three high-quality balsamic vinegars that will allow us to enjoy the many uses of this unique product in the same manner as people in Modena do.
