Fusilli al Ferretto is one of the newest addition to the Rustichella d'Abruzzo pasta selection. It means literally “fusilli wrapped on a needle”. This very traditional Calabrian shape is made by wrapping the pasta dough around a needle as long as a knitting needle. The pasta resembles soft hair curls, with a length twice as long as spaghetti.
