Rustichella d'Abruzzo Farro Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta, 8.8 oz
This pasta is made from 100% farro flour. The Farro has been known for 5,000 years; this old type of surum wheat (Triticum Dicoccum) is full of vitamins, fibers and mineral salts and was appreciated by the Romans because it was easy to digest. Therfore, we have decided to use this old food tradition for our dail diet. Simple and light sauces are advisable for better appreciating this product.
