Description
This product originates in Novellara, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The taste is like traditional balsamic vinegar but the texture is different, thicker, and dense. Its perfect with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, pecorino or blue cheese. The sweet and tart taste makes this jelly great for toast with cheese or meats! You can even try it with your favorite chocolate!
