Fregola is a traditional Sardinian short and dry pasta, well known for its singular taste and homely shape.
The homemade art and its recipes have been carefully passed down through generations choosing only local ingredients in order to enrich the taste of traditional dishes.
It can be considered a diverstiy to cous cous from which it differs, however, because the grains are larger.

Ingredients 100% Italian durum wheat semolina It is made from a mixture of hard grain and water, then left to dry naturally and toasted in the oven where it gradually achieves its typical brown and golden color. Preparation It is excellent both as a main or side dish and is used in a variety of preparations. Classic recipes are: fregola with tomato sauce and Pecorino cheese, fregola with clams. Also perfect with seafood sauces, vegetables soups and meat stock. Storage Store in a cool dry place.
