San Giuliano Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fruttato 25.3 oz
Three generations of the Manca family have farmed the San Giuliano Estates in the ancient Alghero region in northwest Sardinia. It is here that diverse varities of olive - Bosana, Frantoio, Semidana andLeccino - are harvested to produce San Giuliano Fruttato. These olives are picked between October and November when they are not fully ripe, resulting in an intense, Spicy and fruitier taste: hence, the name Fruttato (Fruitier). The Fruttato also has hints of artichokes and is accompanied by a pleasant fragrance of fresh olives and grasses. San Giuliano Fruttato is excellent on garden salads, seafood salads, vegetables, soups, meats, dipping bread and for marinating.
