Conserva Ortiz has perfected their techniques in order to achieve greater
quality in full respect of tradition. Their craft techniques ensure that the
fish that are caught do not suffer, which improves the flavor and texture of
our product. The Ortiz Sardines are elaborated with fresh fish. They are
cleaned by hand one by one and fried in olive oil following a traditional
