You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us via the 'Contact Us' page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Due to the high cost of overnight shipping, whenever you place your order and you select next day shipping, ONLY perishable products will be shipped next day. All other products that are not perishable will be shipped and delivered to you via express service in 3 business days.
Gourmet PastaCheese.com orders are processed and shipped daily. Fruit baskets and highly perishable products are shipped from manufacturer. To maintain freshness and flavor, we monitor all orders. Once your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail notification that your order has been sent to you. You will also recieve a tracking number. We recommend that someone should be home to expect merchandise.
Gift Baskets are shipped standard ground service ONLY. UPS charges are based on weight and size of the box, which ever is greater. If a basket is to be shipped express service please Email us for cost details.
Any corrections for address errors will be charged to you according to UPS charges.
International Shipping
Once a package leaves the US, PastaCheese.com is no longer responsible for any duties, mishandling or any restrictions that governments may have towards the package.
