Slow cooked, “falling off the bone” tender….Kansas City know how to barbecue! We started with a sweet rub and added salt and spices to make it the perfect rub for slow cooking a rack of ribs. Just be sure to have plenty of napkins on hand. Generously apply rub to meat and let rest for several hours or overnight in the fridge; then grill or roast.
