The Titone "Valli Trapanesi" is an organic extra virgin olive oil from the area near Trapani, on the Western side of Sicily. This area is a D.O.P. designated area. The oil has the taste and aroma typical of the Valli Trapanesi oils. Crafted from nocellara, biancolilla, and cerasuola olives.  A tasting opens with a delicious, fruity smell, then a more complex vegetable flavor develops, concluding with a light, bitter, peppery aftertaste.
