DetailsThe Titone family has been making olive oil for four generations from their pristine organic farm located a few miles east of Trapani, overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Antonella Titone on Titone's 2014 Harvest: The Titone familyâ€™s organic farm enjoys an ideal location on the hills outside the seaside town of Trapani, where favorable sea breezes and cooler nighttime temperatures allowed the olive trees to have a healthy growing season, albeit with lower yields. The olives were picked during the first days of October and the bright green olive oil started to flow on the 6th of October.

Country of Origin Italy Preparation Suggestions for Use: Drizzle Titone Olio Nuovo over crudo (sliced raw fish) of shrimp, scallops or tuna or over a simple grilled Mediterranean fish such as branzino. Ideal to pour over steamed green beans or a baked potato, the oil also adds new bright green dimensions to delicate green salad.
