We were just thrilled when our favorite sauce was recognized with the coveted award of "Outstanding Sauce" at the International Fancy Food Show. Chipotles are actually a smoked jalapeno and are not very hot, but they do add a rich, smoky, nutty flavor to the sweet maple syrup in the sauce. We love it on just about everything, especially as a glaze on grilled meats or served as a sauce on the side.
