Description
This sauce contains tomato pulp, eggplants, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onions, sea salt, ricotta, basil, rice syrup from organic farming. Contains milk. Heat the sauce in a pan but don't allow to boil. Add the cooked pasta. Best pasta shape: short shape pasta as rigatoni and penne rigate. wine suggestion: a red Sicilian robust Nero d'Avola wine.
