Three mixtures, three days of slow leavening, the secret of the “Mother” yeast and eight hours of gradual cooling. The finishing touch of a crunchy almond flour glaze with prized whole almonds and nib sugar. Flavor and history mingle. The packaging is embellished by the harmonious lines of the Galleria, emblem of Milan, close to where the Tre Marie Bakery was originally opened, in the antique Corsia dei Servi.
