Acetum Ex Malis, apple vinegar from Il Miele della Vita, is clear and bright with light yellow hues and fragrant crispy aroma of green apples. It is an ideal condiment for dressing crunchy greens and fruit salads. The apple vinegar is produced from organic apples grown on the foothills of the Italian Alps. Some of the apples are native to Piedmont and are Slow Food protected. This fragrant apple cider vinegar is acetified using the same natural mother acetifying bacteria for making mead vinegar. After a light filtering, the vinegar is bottled without the addition of sulfites or stabilizers.
