PastaCheese.com has one warehouse where we control all of our inventory, allowing us to inspect and ensure quality and freshness on a daily basis. The warehouse is located in Garden City, New York, 11530.

All shipping pricing quoted on our website are based on the weight of your order and the distance your shipping address is from our warehouse.
When Do We Ship Your Order?
PastaCheese.com orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, however processing for perishable products may take up to 3 days.
To avoid shipping over the weekend, we may choose to postpone shipping orders containing perishable products until the following Monday. This includes processing time, so to get your order containing perishables the same week, please order by Tuesday at 12:00pm EST.
Certain highly perishable products are shipped straight from the manufacturer to maintain freshness and quality. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification that your order has been shipped out with a tracking number. We recommend that someone be home to receive the merchandise, especially if ordering perishables.
How We Package Your Order:
PastaCheese.com sells fragile and perishable items, and we are well aware of that. We have invested a lot of time and money into researching how to have the best packed product to prevent breakages and spoiled products, while still maintaining a cost efficient rate and environmentally friendly packaging.
Non-perishable items are shipped from our warehouse packaged with the most enviornmentally friendly materials available to us. We may use a combination of the following products:
- 50% recycled small sized bubble wrap.
- 50% recycled large sized bubble wrap.
- 100% biodegradeable packing chips.
- 33% reduced petroleum resin-based recycleable void fill air-packs.
The various packing materials are used to ensure that any mishandling of the final package will not result in damaged product. All package-ready products are then placed into a 100% recycled corrugated brown box for final shipment. Per discression of warehouse packers, we may also have 'Fragile' and 'This Side Up' labels affixed to the box.
All perishable items are handled with extreme care with instructions unique to each order. Depending on the amount of products ordered and the perishability of your products, we may use a combination of the following products:
- Aluminum lined foam bags
- Up to 3mm thickness plastic poly bags
- Non toxic, water soluble cooling gel packs
- Styrofoam seamless molded cooler chests
Orders which contain perishable products will be shipped out with a 2-day method at minimum and cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Certain products require you to choose an overnight shipping method, which will be shown in your shopping cart and checkout page.
What Happens If You Make A Mistake?
We are all human and very capable of making a mistake every once in a while. If you see an issue with your order regarding shipping address or shipping method, please call us at 800-386-9198, or contact us through our online contact form and we will help fix any errors.
Please note that if an order has already been picked up by a carrier, or you are changing shipping methods after payment, you are subject to any additional shipping charges that may occur.
Shipping Internationally? We Have You Covered:
We've worked hard with our shipping partners to get you the lowest prices, especially when you are shipping to those family members out of the country. As a result, we are proud to announce that nearly all products in our catalog are available to ship internationally.
Different countries carry different restrictions as to what they accept, so please make sure that what you are ordering will be accepted by that country. Once a package leaves the USA, PastaCheese.com no longer holds responsibility of any duties, mishandling, or restrictions that local governments may have towards the package.
If ordering perishables to be shipped internationally, it is advised that you contact us prior to ordering to discuss your options. If you order without contacting us, we may choose to cancel any perishable products from your order that we feel will not survive the trip. If you are dissatisfied with your order you must call in within 48 hours, perishables you must call within 24 hours from the day of delivery. Gourmet PastaCheese will gladly issue a refund or exchange your order at your preference. We hope that our unconditional quality guarantee will convince you that at PastaCheese we are commited to our customers complete satisfaction.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
